Upon confirmed enrollment you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased course materials for your personal learning. Materials may not be shared, reproduced, resold, or used to develop competing offerings without prior written consent.

All content including course text, worksheets, recipes, images, branding, and teaching methodology remains the exclusive property of Serenstone Soap Studio. No rights are granted beyond the personal license described above.
User conduct
You agree not to upload harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape data, impersonate others, or use the service in any manner that violates applicable law or disrupts the experience of other users.
Safety and responsibility
Soap making involves heat, lye, essential oils, and equipment. All course content is educational. You must follow product safety instructions, wear appropriate protective gear, comply with local regulations, and assume full responsibility for your own soap-making activities.
Payments and orders
The cart system allows you to select courses. Because no automated payment processor is connected, an order is considered complete only after direct confirmation from Serenstone Soap Studio via email.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of licensed materials.
Limitation of liability
Serenstone Soap Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County.
